Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If cancellation is approved before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
KIROVA reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete customer information
