Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of returned products.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer after receiving valid bank account details.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
Refund requests may be rejected if:
- Product is used
- Tags are removed
- Product is damaged after delivery
- Return request exceeds the allowed timeline
